Ours oils are validated by the  Certificate of Origin “Aceite Monterrubio”, which shows our seal of quality.

As a result of the well done work, it is renowned for different organizations and institutions which reward both our Cooperative and our product.

The mission and the values of the Cooperative are closely linked to the quality.

It is very important to us the act of getting the highest food quality and security during all the processes, it begins from the olive planting to the departure of each bottle from our olive press. To this aim, we contribute to studies and initiatives in order to certify the quality of our Extra Virgen Olive Oil during its production process, besides ensuring the traceability of all of them.

We have received the following quality assurance certifications:

• Protected certificate of origin (Aceites Monterrubio)
• ISO 9001:2015 standard for the quality management system in manufacturing and packaging processes.
• ISO 14001:2015 standard for the environmental management system in manufacturing and packaging processes.
• IFS (International Food Standard) Quality Certification to verify the Food Quality in manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Certification as producer and packer of Organic Olive Oil.
